I’ve heard a lot of creatives out there bemoan the rise of AI and how it has hurt their craft and I feel for them, but all you can do is move along with the times and make it work for you as much as possible. Seeing technology as the enemy rather than a neutral state of cultural progression isn’t helpful.

Thanks for sharing this. Totally agree that resisting change for the sake of it isn’t helpful. What I’ve found most empowering is shifting from fear to strategic curiosity—not just asking “how do I keep up?” but “how can I shape this in a way that reflects what matters to me?”

I think the tension for many creatives isn’t just about the tools themselves, but about identity. When a machine can mimic the output of something you’ve spent years mastering, it can feel deeply personal. That’s why I believe the real opportunity lies in what AI can’t replicate—like emotional context, lived experience, or the ability to connect dots across different parts of life.

For me, it’s not about fighting the tech or blindly embracing it…it’s about integrating it in a way that still lets our human creativity lead.
